The Casagrande B360 XP2 is a heavy rotary piling rig that converts between large diameter piling and CFA work. A Cummins QSX15 diesel engine, EU Stage 5 certified with DPF, delivers 400 kW to a rotary head rated at 400 kNm of torque.
In its large diameter configuration the rig bores to 2300 mm diameter as standard, or 3100 mm with the optional head, and reaches 98.9 m depth with 84 t of extraction force and 60 t of crowd. Converted for CFA it works to 1200 mm diameter and 37 m depth, with nominal extraction force of 125 t.
The undercarriage runs 6360 mm tracks at 1000 mm wide, giving 690 kN of traction force at an overall footprint of 5120 mm by 9516 mm. Operating weight ranges from 112.5 t to 130 t depending on configuration.
